1. Who we are

2. These terms

By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store. We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm the payment method is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens and a small variation in a physical product is not a defect. Prices are in Israeli new shekels (ILS) and [[STATE WHETHER VAT IS INCLUDED]]. Stock is limited and an item may sell out after you add it to your cart.

Where an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund you in full. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledging receipt does not by itself form the contract. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to your address.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through [[PAYMENT PROVIDER, e.g. Shopify Payments]]. We do not store full card details. Orders ship once payment clears.

7. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and cancellation policy, which sets out your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. Both form part of these terms.

8. Marketing messages

We send marketing email only where you have given consent, as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link, and you may also withdraw consent by writing to yonatan@simplerefueling.com. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect order-related messages.

9. Intellectual property

The 5PNL name, logo, product designs, photography, text and site design belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission. You may share ordinary links to the store.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the store unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or submit content that is unlawful or infringing.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of [[CITY, e.g. Tel Aviv-Yafo]] have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer may bring proceedings in the court with jurisdiction over their place of residence where the law so provides.

13. Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
