Where we ship

Processing time

Orders are processed within [[DISPATCH TIME, e.g. 1-3]] business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays in Israel. Orders placed during a drop launch or a sale may take longer, and we will say so on the product page.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and begin from dispatch rather than from the time you order. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather or events outside our control are not within our responsibility, though we will help you trace a delayed parcel.

Tracking

You receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking where the service provides it. If tracking has not updated for [[N]] business days, contact yonatan@simplerefueling.com.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside Israel, any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee is payable by you and is not included in the price or shipping charge. We cannot predict these amounts. Refusing a parcel to avoid such charges is treated as a return and the outbound shipping cost is not refunded.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Check your address before completing checkout. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will contact you and can re-send it once you cover the second shipping charge.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund it in full. Tell us within a reasonable period of the expected delivery date and keep the packaging where the item is damaged.

Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
