Privacy — Israeli law addendum

This page supplements our Privacy policy. Read the two together. Where they differ on a matter of Israeli law, this page governs.

You are not obliged to give us your information

You are under no legal duty to provide personal information. You provide it of your own free will. Without the details needed to process and deliver an order, however, we cannot complete a purchase for you.

Your rights of access and correction

Under sections 13 and 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law you may inspect the information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted where it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Write to yonatan@simplerefueling.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Direct mailing

Where we use your information for direct mailing or direct-mailing services within the meaning of the Protection of Privacy Law, you may at any time require in writing that your information be removed from the database used for that purpose. Marketing email is sent only with your consent under section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Security
